We understand that travel plans can change, so we have designed a flexible policy that allows you to easily modify or cancel your tour, while providing all the information you need before booking.

1. Booking Confirmation

You can book your tour directly with us via our website, WhatsApp, or email.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive full details regarding your tour, including the date, time, meeting point, and agreed-upon arrangements.

2. Rescheduling Your Tour

If your plans change and you wish to choose a different date, simply contact us, and we will assist you in rescheduling based on availability.

The sooner you contact us, the easier it is to arrange a new time that suits you.

3. Cancellation More Than 48 Hours in Advance

If you cancel your tour more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund.

We want our booking process to offer you flexibility and peace of mind when planning your trip to Merzouga.

4. Cancellation Within 48 Hours

If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the tour, a refund will be issued for the remaining amount after deducting costs already incurred for booking preparations.

5. Rescheduling Instead of Cancellation

If the original date no longer suits you, you can contact us to request moving your booking to a different date.

If the new date is available, we will help you rearrange your tour to fit your travel plans.

6. Tour Itinerary Flexibility

Each tour is organized to maximize the best birdwatching opportunities around Merzouga. Minor adjustments to the timing or route may be made to take advantage of the best viewing opportunities available on the day of the tour.

7. Refunds

We strive to make the refund process simple and straightforward.

If a booking is cancelled within the timeframe allowing for a full refund, the entire amount paid will be returned to you.

For cancellations made within the final 48 hours, the remaining balance will be refunded after deducting costs already incurred in preparation for the booking.
